- Prize is not permitted to be redeemed on any works completed, quoted or invoiced prior to the start date of the promotion.

• Voucher valid for 60 days from issue.
• Not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• A representative of the participating Plumbing Bros franchise may attend the property, where reasonably practical based on location and distance.
• Photographs and/or video may be taken before, during, or after the plumbing work.
• These images or recordings may be used across Plumbing Bros social media channels, websites, and marketing materials without additional compensation.
• Western Australia: A permit is not required where prize values remain within applicable limits.
• Australian Capital Territory: This promotion complies with ACT trade promotion lottery requirements. No permit is required under current thresholds.
