With over twenty years experience, Laurel is the backbone of daily operations at Plumbing Bros Central Coast & Newcastle. Her focus is on keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes while ensuring every customer receives the top-quality service the team is known for.

Laurel takes pride in her exceptional customer service skills and her ability to learn quickly in any situation. “I love being able to provide a great experience for our customers and make sure the team can do their best work every day,” she says.

Outside the office, Laurel has a soft spot for classic horror movies and a love of chocolate (her go-to comfort food). If she weren’t managing operations, she’d be representing Australia as an international ambassador, travelling the world and connecting people across cultures.

Her dream getaway? Exploring Australia’s coastline, discovering the country’s best beaches along the way. And if her life had a theme song, it would be I Want to Break Free by Queen.
