It’s more than just fixing a leak – it’s about helping someone out and making their day a little easier.”

After years on the tools, William was ready to take the next step. He wanted to build a business that went beyond the basics – one built on professionalism, reliability, and genuine care for every customer. For William, no two days are ever the same – and that’s exactly what he loves most about his work. “It’s a great mix of technical skill, problem-solving, and personal connection,” he explains. “There’s real satisfaction in walking away from a job knowing it’s been done right and that we’ve made a difference for that customer.”

That same attitude runs through his whole team. Every job, big or small, gets the same attention to detail, clear communication, and respect for the customer’s home or business. “We take pride in leaving every site in better condition than when we arrived,” William says. “Punctuality, quality, and care are non-negotiables for us.”

Expanding into Newcastle was the next natural step for William and his team. Having built trusted relationships across the Central Coast, the move allows them to bring the same level of service, reliability, and professionalism to even more local communities.

Outside of work, William keeps things active – whether it’s hitting the gym, spending time at the beach, or heading outdoors with his two dogs. He’s also passionate about travel, often returning to South Africa for adventure and a bit of downtime. “It’s where I recharge and find balance outside of work,” he says.

Looking ahead, William’s goal for Plumbing Bros Central Coast & Newcastle is simple: to keep raising the bar. “We want to be known not just for quality workmanship,” he says, “but for honesty, reliability, and a customer experience people genuinely remember for the right reasons.”
